How to build composite stocks

One of the things I do differently is to add some "coins" in both overlays to aid in alignment, or you can drill some alignment holes thru after the second side overlay, but all in all a decent description :)

BTW, most of the stocks over here are cast hollow and a fillet is added inside BEFORE taking the molds apart. then the foam is added to the hollow shell.
