Caldwell "The Rock" rifle rest

I have a CZ 457 MTR and use a Caldwell "The Rock" rifle rest. I like the rest but I would like the side "ears" to be a little higher, so when I tighten the thumb screws the "ears" would grab more of the forend.
Does Caldwell make a replacement bag better suited for what I'm trying to achieve or does anyone have another idea?
