Deluxe Model

The most elaborate model I offer, which includes all parts made from either stainless steel, aluminum, or brass wherever possible (windage spring and top rest post excluded).  A new feature which is available is powder coating (black wrinkle finish) the top and bottom plates and front cross bar. Aluminum plates come from the mill with various imperfections, i.e. scratches, marks, dings, etc… I work these out as best I can without major alteration to the thickness of the plates. Powder coating fills and covers these imperfections and keeps your uni-rest scratch free and looking nice for years. Several rests have been produced with this finish and the owners report that the finish is very durable and they are glad they had it done.
 

Includes:

• Quick detachable crossbar w/1½" knurled stainless steel knobs and screws
  (very handy if you plan to build a case for your Uni-rest)
   
• Crossbar milled flat on top and bottom, and inletted to the bottom plate
   
• Bubble level milled into the center of the crossbar
   
• Beveled top and bottom plates  
   
• 1¼" knurled locking hand screws for center post and top rest
   
• 1½" knurled all stainless steel leveling screws (3)
