    Model 52 vs. Remington 513

How does the Remington 513T Matchmaster stack up against the Winchester 52? The 513 in question is a 1941 model.

    Model 52 vs remington 513 T

As far as they way they are built NONE. The Winchester 75 is closer to the 513t and the 40X would compare to the 52 C,D, and E. The eariler A & B's are less desirable unless you are talking Sporters.

52 wins, my 2 cents worth

I own a very nice old 513T and have done some nice shooting with it. I shot this for years with the iron sights, then turned the rifle into a silhouette rifle be adding a 12x mil-dot scope. I also own 2 Winchester 52 rifles, one a C model and one a D model. Both of these I shoot iron sights. In my opinion, the Winchester 52 is a better rifle than the Remington 513T. The Remington 40x is the equal to the Winchester 52. Hope this is helpful.
