What is actually considered a screamer when shooting unlimited 10 shot groups?

Can anyone tell me what is considered a screamer group at 100 and 200 yards when shooting unlimited 10 shot groups?

The 10 shot group at 100 yards is .199 not .119 according to this publication. So congratulations Trae, you got it under some very trying conditions. Not many can say they got a screamer with a monsoon blowing in their face. Way to go.

But if my memory serves me right, you shot one at the same time I did and yours was smaller. So congratulations to you!!!
