What is the best rifle stand for cleaning and mounting scopes? And where do I buy one?

I don't use a stand. I use the Stanley Quick Clamp vice - without the clamps. I can sit it about anywhere I like & it's handy for other stuff.

I own most of them..... Hood, Tipton, MTM, Caldwell, Plano, Hoppe's, Guide Gear, Cabela's, some wooden ones I cain't remember names of..... but the only ones I have more than one of are "Pelican" style from Brownell's (they're useful but I've broken one) and the Berry's VersaCradle.

I've ordered them from Brownell's and from the factory. I broke a strap and another strap got weak so I called Berry's to get price of replacement straps, the lady took my info and said she'd advise..... 2 days later a bag of 6-8 straps arrived in the mail. No charge.

I use that $#!t one everything! And will shout their praises from the mountaintops....

I second this. It’s the handiest for me and I clamp on the barrel just ahead of the forend. I have two Tiptons and don’t use them much.

i like my Tipton Ultra Vise only neg is i can not drop a 3" stok in the vise i just rest it on top
but i made just two peaces that screw in my bench and for benchrest rifle cleaning those are the best
