    About $250 and change

I was telling Jackie how much titanium I had in my body. He looked at me and stated: "You're telling me you are worth more in scrap then you are alive." It was the funniest thing I have heard in a long time. Tim

    Things to avoid..

Brother-in-law had a stroke recently and can no longer drive.. l take him to eat when he is hungry. What hurts him so very much is looking at his brand new four door truck he bought shortly before his sickness. No longer able to drive, his kids enjoy his new ride. At 80 he has had a good life with lots of memories... 0ld age can come very quickly too for some.. A former cowrker who is like a son to me recently had a stroke too.. He can't drive any more either.. Forty-eight is waaaay too young to grow old..

Glenn, you've got a good sense of humor. I can see how reviving ones libido which has been dormant for years could lead to trouble given all these terrific looking young women out there today that are so happy to flaunt everything they've got but not to worry-----Viagra and Cialis don't work. Don't ask me how I know, just take my word for it.

    Best regards my friend

    Hope all is going well.

    LOL

Butch, several years ago a bunch of us were at a Nationals, (Dr Tim, John Horn, Scott Hunter, Dickey P Etc), and this subject came up. John Horn called it “Blue Steel”, and would make it so hard a cat couldn’t scratch it.”

    I laughed for an hour.

    The good old days

When I was in high school I took all the math classes available. I wasn't all that smart so I always did the extra point homework assignments so I could get a decent grade. As a result, the instructor would often call on me to go up to the blackboard and show how it was done.

I dreaded these invitations to the blackboard...there were no girls in class that I was even remotely attracted too but it didn't make a damn bit of difference.

When I was young and in my prime
    It never would behave
    For each and every morning
It would stand and watch me shave
Now that I am old and gray
It sure gives me the blues
    For each and every morning
It will watch me shine my shoes

Do I get any extra credit?

the good old days..... LOL ...... to this day every time I notice a pubescent youngster sidling nonchalantly one foot aheader of the other with his books or coat or hand or a random item picked up off the street I grin.

memories.... ain't nuttin' changed but ME. Some days I WISH'T the summer breeze could still blow it up, but most days I'm just glad it no longer does

Luckily, I landed on the door track providing a nasty cut all way accross my upper lip that was stitched up by a plastic surgeon leaving no evidence of the collision.
Problem was that being as how I passed out I was not allowed to drive for 90 days. That was a the real pain!
    Be CAREFUL!

Hey guys, getting old is....well...just getting older. I'm 81,just got back from taking on another 4 stents.(I've now got 8).But the Doc set me up for another 10,000 miles.

Passing out, Virginia blocks you from driving for 6 months. Tennessee is just 90 days.

Hi Gene,...All is well. still got 95% of the parts I started out with:. Had a bad experience with Viagra back in the 90's,afraid to try it again, especially at my age.

Jackie mentions a funny story about Viagra and "So Hard a Cat couldn't scratch it" well I got a bad ass Cat that would like to disprove that claim. I heard the Cat story way back in the 50's.The people I heard it from, probably heard in the 40's. The other one was "Harder than Chinese Arithmetic"

The closest thing you could get, back then, for libido enhancement was Gin. Gin stopped working for me when I turned 65. Ask me how I know Good to see you on here my friend. Take care.

Hope Jackie don't mind the Hijack.

    Glenn
