    Advantage, perhaps in using a tool to size the area touching the bullet v sizing the outside. I havenít tested the difference but logic seems to favor the mandrel. I could be wrong though.

    Took your advice and changed out the sand for normal sand but less of it so it wasnít ďbouncyĒ. Then I hot glued the bag onto the metal plate so it doesnít slide back and forth. Feels worlds better....
