OK now I have a question .
Shooting a 223 with a tight chamber . The chamber neck is 2.047 the loaded round neck is 2.048 .

Do I need to turn it a little ?

I take the expander ball and the rod it is on out of the die and chuck it in a drill .
I use a very fine sand paper and a then a polish like Flitzs .

I also lube the inside of the neck...

I have two Dillions . One is old i bought it in the mid 80,s and it has always been like yours .
The other is obout a year old and is rock solid al the time .

Why would a Gun owner start a thread like this ?

SGS The one I have now in a older Remington 223 is way to small to really glue in .
It is a good 3/4 inch to short and could be 1/8 inch wider .

If you take one screw out the other should be loose . The last thing you should need is a Drill .
As stated a Allen will work . and the torque is 12 inch pounds per Kelbly .

I sold the Leupold 36-x with the Dot and bought a used Leupold 36-x off e-bay .
Sent it to Leupold and have it back as new . Great people .
