doesn't it just really upset you when you find out what you have been doing has been working great all the time .... but it is "wrong"? :)
Just got one and it is a lot easier to set up and use. And it does provide a lot of data but you have to watch the S/N ratio to make sure that the data element is realistic. While the ads talk...
you could also look into Cavalier around Richmond ... understand they have up to 500 yards .... no rifle matches that I know of however....
Bob and Wilbur thanks for the info. Will try to get to BC on the 16th
I just bought a 13.5 lb .22 and would be interested in trying to compete with it ... but how do these matches work? I know the target is a 25 type bullseye arrangement but from reading the info at...
... but I have blocked off the dates in Sept. Hope there is a great turn-out this weekend and everyone has a great time!
Congratulations Larry on an honor very well earned (and deserved given your dedication to the sport)......
I have two identical LV's - one with a 40 and one with a 50. For what it is worth I find myself using the 50 about 90% of the time. I really like the additional power at 200, but I must say that...
.... for an "old" man. Very nice and very clean run there sir!
for starting this thread. This has been some absolutely wonderful reading. Quite a collection of gear-heads in this group.
I'll bet that is a ball to drive!
Mine is from a little more modern era .... http://www.mdephoto.com/MDEPHOTO_Cars/mustang/index.html#201011_1dsm4001520 Mine is the white with grabber blue...
... that too many people will never notice he's gone....
Been using a .258 bushing for a .261 loaded neck diameter ..... maybe I should be tighter base on these post.
OK, how do I tell the lot # on this LT-32 powder? The only thing I've found on my...
I also like the 168 and have great luck with the Berger 155.5 Fullbore for target work both driven by Varget. Has anyone had a chance yet to see if the new LT-32 will be any good for a .308?

mike in co .... I agree with your basic premise. If you shoot for a hobby it is beyond me how someone can start siding with the anti-gun folks on anything. Ever anti-gun person I have ever talked...
Is that for 2015. I ask because I have a 1 lb container of 2015 Marked that it is made in Canada and it has a sticker that indicated 0613113 which I thought meant June 13, 2011 Lot 3 ..... but based...
actually I believe he has won at least once, if not more, at Blackcreek...... but then my memory is not what it used to be...
I use a case I bought from Sinclair ... not sure if they still carry it ....think it was similar / same as skb ... works ok but still have to be careful handling the case as it does not "lock" the...
I bought one and used it for quite a while and then became a little bit unhappy with the unit --- probably more my problem than anything else -- but somehow the allen screw worked loose at it was...
cool, a good party is always a wonderful thing.
I had a bat 6ppc action that was opened up to handle 30br and used that one stock for both group (6ppc) and score (as 30br) for about a year and it was geat for both. The only "problem" I had was...
Agree. The concept of letting each region have their own section and then letting them post, or usually not to post, a schedule makes it very hard to make any plans. I think this is part of a master...
Ouch. I don't know whether to be sad that I did not come up after all and may have made a quorum, or glad that I stayed home in the warm house and avoided the 4 hours of driving.......
Just under a 100. Each bag gun match has been around 92 to 97.
