Okay, There is more time to spend on things to do.

Other than that I can't think of one negative thing and don't try to help me think of negative things.

A few other points not mentioned...

When planning and scheduling a National be sure to keep the kids in mind. One of the organizations even has it in the rule book to schedule between Memorial Day and Labor Day so the Juniors can also travel to the events... Was that to get more Juniors to shoot or to not hold kids from School to run Targets?... I don't know but it's important enough to keep an eye on that. And that rule is rarely enforced.

Also look at local draws... having the Nationals on the same weekend as another big local event affects hotel/motel space and price.
