Conditions for the weekend were mixed. The club itself almost cancelled the whole match due to the large amount of rain. If any of you has ever been to Chippewa you realize the the clubs back boundary is Chippewa Creeek. On Thursday it almost topped its banks which means that the water was up over eight foot above its normal course. Friday was warm and sunny and the match was on. Saturday brought a typical Ohio spring day. On and off rain with cold temperatures. Staying warm was as important as good groups. As always a few found a way to perform. Sunday brought severe switchy winds that all had some problems with.
I would like to thank all the shooters and the volunteers that put on the match. I hope everyone enjoyed themselves. Good luck next week at the Super Shoot. I will try and post some pictures once they are available.
