Try SAMS club They have a folding cart made of vinyl that may meet your needs. I use it as a range cart. Works well, even for my Rail Gun

I have used a hand truck (around $30) with a 'box' I assembled and bolted to the cart for years of live varminting.

It even has brackets to carry a portable shooting stand top easily (and the folded up legs, center post, seat, etc.).
