Well, I've heard that, but I don't know as it hasn't let us. I believe it will let you vote on each computer.

i've voted, err, i mean, i know a guy that has voted 3 times from the same computer on different days for the current poll.

edit: i did it but it wasn't easy. i had to do it from different IP addresses. in theory, if someone using a smart phone could clear their cookies and connect to the internet via their cellular service provider (not wifi), they should be able to vote more frequently too.
