Tuners for the 30BR

A while back there was some talk about threaded and non threaded type tuners ,the issue being that maybe the later would be more accurate.
I would like to know if anyone has come up with a non threaded type ,for the simply reason that where i live Italy ,threading on the outside of the muzzel is not legal.
