Surgeon action wrench

Has anyone used the Surgeon action wrench ? It is designed for a Remington 700 action. I was wondering if it would work on Panda and Viper actions?

I've used mine for 3 factory 700 Rem barrel removals so far, and it works very good. I use a 3' cheater bar on a ratchet wrench to break them loose. It is very well made item.
