Source for tapered adapter for Kelbly/Jewell rings?

If one needs a 20moa or 30moa male/female adapter rail to use on the single dovetail integral base, where do you look?

Kelbly's has some rings with the taper built in. Why not use them? Don

Kelbly's also has the exact adaptor you want and I think that approach is a little more versitile than the rings. I purchased one at Kelbly's this summer.
