I could be wrong and I am most of the time, but that does not look like a raygun stock or a Shilen receiver.

This is my Shilen stock XP 100 sleeved action HV. It is still one of the most accurate rifles I have ever owned. If this is not a true raygun stock I really can't say. I have been told by more than one shooter that it was a Raygun stock. Nick

Turk sent me photos and it looks like you have a ray gun stock.
I do know that whatever you have it shoots very well. You kicked a lot of butt in Houston several years ago with it.
