Rimfire Chamber Reamers

I saw some reamers come up for sale at a auction Monday, they went so cheap I had to take a dozen of them home with me.

Two of them were 22 rimfire.
One is a PTG Win 52D Match reamer the other a clymer 22LR (B) with a very small shank. I will have to make a bushing to fit it in my reamer holder.

Anybody into rimfire know anything about these particular reamers?

I had one Clymer 22 LR solid pilot reamer that was incorrectly ground so that it wanted to cut in the middle of the cutting edge & was also kind of big. Rather than send the reamer back, I used the TP grinder to get a smaller diameter & correct the relief. I've acquired several other used Clymer reamers & they're all ok.

In 30 yrs, I've seen only one other reamer that was ground like this & it was not a Clymer. I've always wonder if the same guy ground the two reamers!

Regards,
Ron
