I have contacted Susan (Richards Daughter) and received unsettling news of Richards passing.

Richard had become a very close friend of mine since meeting him.

I will miss the jokes, stories and fine dinners that we had with other friends at the shoots.

God Speed my friend.

I and my wife Anne will miss him. Got to know him at the Super Shoot a few years ago where we loaded next to each other in the barn. Anne still cherishes the Blue Bird of Happiness he gave her.

Richard was one of the good guy's. Unfortunately I had just gotten to know Richard this past year, my loss for not getting to know him sooner. Richard was a true gentleman.
