Reticol change ,where?

Hi
I have a Leupold 6,5x20-50LR with a 1/8 dot and wanting to have a 1/16 dot ,could someone let me know along with the contact info who among the smaller custom shops ,or one man artisans can do this service for me ,as the Leupold only installs the 1/8 dot.
