To make 22BR cases, I use a Redding 22BR Body Die #75316. That gets the neck O.D. to where you can size it with a bushing die for a no-turn chamber (.255-ish). Or you can turn it at that point to fit your particular chambers neck diameter.

DJ provides a great service. I was very happy twice. Hydro forming and neck turning. They were ready to go. But, I still checked them for inside/ outside chamfer and ran them through my dies.
