Dumb Question Time

Could someone please explain to me how the top 3 shooters at 200 yards had aggregates under 0.3 and no match scores lower than a ~0.4 or higher? I don't understand the scoring and am really confused on this but that's a normal state of mind for me sometimes

In order to be able to average 100 and 200 yard groups into a grand agg. 200 yard aggregates are computed by averaging the groups, and dividing by 2 to convert them into (approximate) MOA. If you shot five half inch groups at 200 your aggregate would be .2500. That would be averaged with your 100 yd, aggregate to come up with your grand aggregate.
