I currently own 2 chrome moly Neuvos and really like them a lot. Super smooth. I don't think Neuvos ever came with 3 lug bolts just 2...

If you want to find out for sure call Bullet Central and talk with Chris Harris or a rep. BC has exclusive rights with
the Neuvo actions. You could also call Bruce at Bat.

the neuvo has always been made with two horizontal locking lugs, never three

the neuvo design is that of bullet central. dwight scott and i started the project from scratch and selected bat machine to make it for us. that is why we are the only entity that sells them direct to the end user
