Nosler Custom Brass

I'm contemplating purchasing some Nosler Custom brass - however I've read many posts on how poor it has been. I was wondering if anyone has any recent "good" experience with it. I understand Nosler admitted after they began making it they had some problems however they supposedly corrected them.

Thoughts?

Thanks

There was another thread about this a couple of weeks ago.

I've had good results with Nosler Custom 204 Ruger brass. It's very uniform. No problems--other than the cost.

I just bought some 270 Win Nosler brass and it was a very good looking batch.

The spread on the weight of all 50 cases was 1 grain. No complaints at all with the brass I received. But I hear different calibers are made by different companies and not Nosler.

Nosler brass been berry berry good to me...

No problems with the ~800 cases I've been using so far. Can't believe someone would prefer cases with punched flash holes to Nosler stuff. To each their own.:)

I use Nosler for .22-250 and it has been great. It is weightsorted, flashhole deburred, trimmed, neck deburred, chamfered, full-length sized, and polished.

One of the reloading mags said it is prepped Federal brass. My Norma catalog shows Nosler as one of the headstamps they provide brass.

The water capacity is similar to my Federal stuff, so I am inclined to think it is Federal.

Being fully prepped, I think the out of box quality is closer to Lapua/Norma than Remington/Winchester brass and priced accordingly.

For my dad's hunting loads, after checking some dimensions, it was just a matter of adding components.
