I recently purchased a Weatherby Vanguard, deluxe in 30-06. Looks like it will be a real shooter. I slapped on a scope I had and sighted it in to get an idea of its accuracy potential. I was using the cheap Rem. 150gr shells. After sight-in, I shot a 3 shot group of .7. I have just ordered a Nikon Monarch 3x12 to match up with it. No experience with the Nikons, but reviews are always good. Hoping to find a fave load to reduce that .7 to <.5.
