Set up your dies for small primers.

If you need to order parts you can knock them out by hand using a PPC/BR or other small tipped punch temporarily removed from a Wilson die.

I have a Lee Universal decapping die in a dinky Lee press permanently set up on my bench with an old tin powder can underneath to catch the primers. Saves getting crud on my good dies,

Comes with pins for small and large flash holes.

.308 Win. Lapua brass shouldn't be that much different.

For Redding Dies

Get the small decapping pin, like whats on the BR, and tighten the retainer down with a pair of pliers. The little collet will tighten down enough to hold it.
