Wilbur is middle man..number two
The guy asking wilbur is number three.
In real life the seller has no clue who number three is since he is not registered on the sellers forum.

Yes, the classifieds is a separate registration than the forum. Tried for a long, long time to get it down to a single registration and failed. There was a moment that it actually worked...two weeks or so. Vbulletin sent an upgrade to correct a horrible hole and it broke the single login. I was sorta glad it did because the whole thing spelled trouble. That's the way I remember it today...tomorrow might be different.
