Dean, I'm not sure if Ray Perry has contacted you, but he ask me if I was sponsoring a Flag Rotation, (the same flags we used at Lake Charles last Nationals), and I told him if I make it, I wanted to. So he asked me if by chance I could not make the trip, could he take my flags. I told him that since there was a 100 percent certainty that he will be there, he could take all of my flags and sponsor a rotation regardless of whether I am there or not and call it the Ray Perry Rotation.

if i can get down to 13.5. ohh without spending any money.
i have a plan to put on a 36x brd and a .3x bullseye pro in
place of a 12-42x nf.
well i must have left the lense covers on and the turret caps on when
i did the weight, because..drum roll it is 13.45 on my scale without those items!

i'm just (over)under weight
now i need to learn how to shoot like the big boys
hours from Des Moines. 1 day for me, 2 for you. See you there.

SR Range Score Nationals Flag Rotations

The four flag rotations for the SR Score Nationals are;
TK Nolan doubles
Rich Carpenter singles with daisies (full)
David Halblom singles with daisies
Ray Perry singles with daisies

We also have a local 4-H club that will be serving breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday of Nationals.

You do not need flags at the Nationals. You will be assigned to a rotation that already has the flags set in place in front of the Benches that you will be rotating to after each target.

Can you still set legal flags anywhere you like?

Wilbur, The NBRSA BOD passed a resolution last year stating that Group National Events, a shooter must get permission from the sponsor of that Flag Rotation if he wishes to place something else. It's all in the Revision 39 of the Rule Book.

However, I do not see it specifically say anything about the Score Nationals.

Benchrest Ettiquette dictates that when at a Nationa Event, you will be assigned a Rotation, and you shoot over those flags.

I disagree but it doesn't matter much these days....and Benchrest Ettiquette doesn't have anything to do with flags. I understand that's just the words your using for lack of a better term. I know what you mean and simply disagree with any regulation of wind flags other than what previously existed.
