Dale Wollum's Tuner

The Dale Wollum's Tuner from PMA Tool was a very good tool
for shooting small groups during 2016. The tuner was adjusted
for temperature/humidity. Of course sighter groups still had to be
shot to confirm the tuner settings. Powder charges had to be moved
during high temperatures(95 F and high humidity(85) and
particularly at higher elevations.
