Making bullet Jackets

Dear boys and girls,

Do you know what would be needed to make your own BR-quality jackets?
I do know that Corbins offers complete die sets - but can you compare the resulting jackets with J4..?
Since there are a lot of great bullet makers over in the US an I do only know of a few in europe (Bixn Andy and Alpine Hunting use J4 Jackets - as far as i know) I have been thinking of starting a small business for some years now.

Also, what equipment will be needed to produce them in large quantities while still maintaining quality? Making them by hand might just be too expensive (But J4's are also super expensive and never available over here...).

Thank you very much!

Cheers,
Stephan

Waterbury farrell can fix you up. Theyre the standard when it comes to automated bullet making. I know sierra uses em

Making bullet jackets

IT would be great to have another supplier of bullet jacket.
The problem is some people want to control the market .
Setting up isn't cheap for production runs, you need to be in for the long haul not short term.
You need a transfer press dies lubes coil stock a list of suppliers
bins and great Dies of other calibers to compete also a very good operator and quality assurance techs.
Good to great jackets run in .0001 to .0003 run out at the base.
