Is this press OK for precision?

I would like to begin precision reloading a few calibers. To me, it seems like the press just supplies the force, and the dies create the precision. Is this true?

I am also reloading for 416 Barrett, so I need a large press able to handle BMG dies.

Here is my question, can I used one all-around press, being the Lee Classic BMG 4-position turret press, to precision load for 6.5x284 as well?
 
ONLY DIALING IN THE LOADED ROUNDS WILL TELL.
its not std point blank equiptment, but neither are the rounds you mentioned. try asking on the 600/1000 yd forum...look more like thier kinda rounds.
