Hello from a new bench rest shooter

I live on the south side of Houston and I am looking for a couple of good places to enter small bore bench rest competitions. I have only entered twice but I think I am hooked. In fact I was at Bayou Rifles this morning and filled the essential last place position. I think I could stand to do this twice a month. The only problem is I only know of one place to enter one time a month and that is Bayou Rifles. Is there any other place in a reasonable distance of Friendswood texas?

There is a rimfire club match scheduled for this coming Sunday 4/28/13 at the Tomball Gun Club. 12600 Zion Road Tomball, Texas. Start time is 9:30 AM. Entry fee is $10 -15 I think.
