The following are the results from a 100 Yard Group Match which was hosted by the Harrison Sportsmans Club on 6/16/2012. Once the firing was complete and the scores tabulated the winners are,

Congratulations to Al and Jim for winning their respective classes. Guess it's true, a blind squirrel does find a nut once in awhile. Thanks to the 15 brave souls who came out to shoot with us today.

Our next match (Score Match) will be held on 7/07/2012. Looking foreward to seeing everyone again and spending a great day at the range!

Al hasn't shot in the matches lately...

because he's been too busy running them. There's a lot to do to keeping a match organized and running smoothly and Al does it well. Anyway he hasn't forgotten anything.

I was scoring Saturday and the conditions were tough. A lot of groups from good shooters were bigger than normal. Our new guy, Matt Dardas, had three flags in front of him. The flag closest to Matt was pointing straight West and spinning like crazy. The middle flag was pointing straight East and spinning like crazy. The last flag, down by the targets, was pointing straight West and spinning like crazy. Happened a lot Saturday. I told Matt that that was God telling him not to shoot just then.

Good match. The food at the bar was good when we got there after the match.
