Gary Walters Wins Walker County Benchrest "Scatterblast"

Walker County Benchrest in Huntsville held it's first 250 yard "Scatterblast" today, 36 shooters showed up to try their hand at hitting forty 2 inch diameter clay disc at 250 yards. No sighters after the initial site in, 10 rounds nds on the bench, period. You break 10 at a time(hopefully), in a 7 minute time period.

Ten shooters did just that, and made the "shootoff, which amounted to one shot, no sighter, at a 100 yard score target at the same 250 yard distance.

As the picture shows, Gary darned near "Xed" it, with Kenny Kupperman coming in a real close second.

Walker County Benchrest's next Match will be a Registerd NBRSA 100-200-300 yard Varmint for Score May 4 and 5.
