I would like to congratulate Louise Wickstrom for and outstanding performance Sunday in our IR50 and ARA matches at Willow River. Louise won all 3 classes in the morning IR SOTY match and ended up with a 750-48X 3 Gun score. And if that wasn't enough she continued to humble us after lunch in ARA with a 2312 6-card agg for the win!!!!! Beware the mom with the red rifle, she knows how to use it!!!
Our little range has a rep for great scores and being tucked in down out of the wind nestled in the big mature pines. While we never see super high winds or extreme velocity, what we do see on windy days is the devils switchtail itself. Yesterday was marked with a ton of lightning fast switches, down drafts and even up drafts as the winds were high, they still played havoc with the rest of us down in the hole, Louise just knew how to see it yesterday. Great job Lou!!!
