Hi Jerry,
I took a gander at their website, curious if the match might be held here at the DSR&P club in Vegas. It is being held out in Pahrump (about an hour out of town), near Lamar Odom's favorite brothel.
Shooting appears to be at various targets from 300 to beyond 1500yds. I don't know what format they will follow. I would not be surprised if they had a good turnout though, quite a few "big gun" enthusiasts out west here.

I guess you are right. Best prepared and most luck. I've shot quite a bit of 600 yard and watched some 1000 yard. First off the shooter has to have an accurate shooting gun, but after that bullet passes about 400 yards and with no wind indicators there is still a lot of luck as to ho the bullet flies.

Sounds like fun.
