OK, inquiring minds - not from PA who don't know Dave Bruno - are curious what the heck is the Kane report and what is this about?

The Kane report tells of gunsmiths and barrels that are known to be winners. Only a few folks receive the report. Last I checked, there were less than a hundred worldwide that get a copy.
