Anyone use one of these (CounterSniper) scopes. Made to mil-spec, made in the USA. I was looking at a 10-40X56. If anyone has any opinions, I would like to hear them before I buy the scope.

I guess that ansered my question.........I think I'll stay with my T-36 Weaver.

Before you guys laugh I have been using this scope for almost 1 year and it has performed as advertised. I will have to tell you I try not to bump and bang it around. It has 1/8" click adjustments and the glass seems to be clear especially when I don't ware my sun glasses. I even killed an 8 point whitetail this past season at 200 yards at 10 power with my 6mm Norma BR. For $156 delivered and with an unconditional return policy you won't loose any thing.

Bottom line is that the weaver you already have is a better scope than the counter sniper. What does counter sniper mean anyway?? Lee

not OK

Had a guest at my range with a counter sniper. After letting him try for 5 hours to get it to group, I brought out a Leupold 45x competition and a Nightforce for comparison. The countersniper went back to the dealer. The optics on the countersniper were just what you should expect from a bargin, bad. If they want to claim that their scope is 'tactical' quality then it should be able to stand up to comparison. Also he purchased two different sets of 'tactical' rings from counter sniper. Both were junk. He now has a nightforce and all the problems are gone, rifle shoots like a dream.
