who can convert a center fire bolt to rim fire.i saw a hart number 4 action the other day that was done this way.

Why would one want to do that?
If you owned the action and was capable of doing the conversion it may be an interesting project. Might even save a little money. But if you had to pay someone to do it the cost could be more than the cost of a new custom rimfire action.
Would the conversion perform as well as a new custom rimfire action????

no not for sell...i was just found it interested to see.not sure how much he paid for it but i believe callfee i believe did the work

Calfee's EP 100 conversions were the center piece of his famous pistols. In their day they were tough to beat, and many would still marvel at their accuracy today.
