Because of half dialup speed at home, a printer that won't print right. Even after I spent the money to buy new ink. And weapons filters here at work. I find I need some help in having someone e-mailing me or posting the 4 page order/cmp qualification form. I called them today and after a 45 min wait was told that they couldn't help me. I even sent the info to a 3.5 disk brought it to work to print out only to find that it came up as a weapons sight. E-mailing myself the info won't work either. Pretty sad hey? I belong to the Beloit Rifle Club here in Wi so I know we are CMP certified. I wanted to reserve a 40X HB. Jeff
 
Jeff, you can order thru the store and then up to 14 days for cmp to receive your hard copies. if you are going to order don't wait too long they are down to hb's only. they also will accept overnight but it cost.$20 so you have until the 16th or so for mailed copies.

Martin I was told that by them on the phone and that I can do. But I can't print on my home printer or access CMP from work to download the qualification form that needs to be notarized.I need to fill out that form to begin buying from them. Since the 4 page order/qualification form comes as one I though it would be better for them to have it all at one time. And not reserve it then sent the receipt with my paper work. With my luck something would get lost.
 
Jeff, you do not need anything other than going to their estore, click on new member and follow the instructions. you can have a rifle ordered in 10 minuets. if you wait and have notarized and then thru the mail they will be out I guarantee by Tuesday. you will have no problem registering it's easy. when you do print the 4 pages pick the one marked sales the other has$0.00 in the columns of page 3A

HOW TO ORDER A 40x FROM THE CMP​

If your new to the CMP (Civilian Marksmanship Program)process and want to order a REM 40X 22lr, they are $475 plus $22.95shipping.

Go to the down load page **CLICK HERE**and read thru the directions how to order and the requirements. Download the forms if you want to order.

Before you fill them out ** CLICK HERE** , sign up and register for the E-Store, it only takes a couple of minutes. When your registered and log into the E-Store, look at the left column and click on Rifles Surplus -you will see a list of what is still available. They started off with 800 Rem 40x HB (Heavy barrel), it won't take long before they are gone. When you order you will get a confirm e-mail, print the order confirm e-mail you receive and send in with your order forms.

Mr. Wisconsin i have uploaded the paper work from CMP, hopefully you can download them from **CLICK HERE**

You should also do as mr. martin has suggedsted, you will have to sign up at the CMP E-Store and start your order. All the 40X's will probably be gone any day now.

You need to go here and register with CMP:

very simple to do.
Once you sign in look to the left and click RIFLES SURPLESS

once you order you will get a confirm e-mail, i got one in about 10 min. print the confirm e-mail and send it in with your paper work!

You better hurry, i just tried the login site and service was TEMP UNAVALIABLE, this happens sometimes. wait a bit an try again.

I want you to have a 40x! i have one ordered and can't wait, just plum excited!! joe:)

Thanks Joe that is what I was looking for. Martin thanks also for your input. Ordering wasn't the problem I didn't see the point in ordering one if I couldn't get them the new member info in 14 days and lose out on the 40X considering how fast they sell out. Only 5hrs to before I'm out of work. Wish me luck. Once again thanks for responding for my cry for help. Jeff
 
for anyone thinking of ordering, what Joe just posted here is from the estore and it is updated, the regular sales page is not and still shows open the shortened stocks and they are sold out.
 
Martin are you saying that the R22M40XHB for $475 is sold out? Jeff
 
the full length hb 475 is still available. they're out of
the short ones. marty's right i went online filled everything
out and was ready to order in about 10 minutes.
 
Thanks one and all. I reserved one I should say two because I got so excited that I accidently ordered twice because I didn't wait 10 min for them to e-mail my confirmation. So I had to e-mail customer service to cancel one of them. Now all I have to do is send in my info thats required. Thank god I don't build rockets or bridges for a living. Thanks again for all the help.
