Charlie Pieper passed away on November 15, at Grand River Hospital, Kitchener at the age of 94 years. Condolences can be left at http://www.erbgood.com/book-of-memories/1411389/Pieper-Carl/obituary.php.
Many of you will have known Charlie much better than I ever could. I have fond memories of Charlie, including him cross-firing on my target in my first ever group match, and giving me a bottle of home-made wine, a thanks for helping him with flag setting.
