Calfee book

Hi All,

If any of you out there can shed some light on the subject, I will be most appreciative
Little over two months ago, I sent a check to Team Calfee for the 'to be published'
book. I have misplaced the address where I sent the check. And, as of yet, no book
Can anyone send me an email adress. Or has the book been released Yet? Or perhaps
an expected release date. Thabks ED
 
in early january was the closing for orders, &

it takews time to send it away and get it back,

do not worry, when the books are recieved they will post mega commments on here, just keep watching and patiently waiting like the rest of us

The materials are in the printer's house as we speak, next it goes to the binder. The end is in sight, thank you for your patience. Team Calfee
 
so about how many were actually ordered?
will there possibly be more printings?
or will these copies become rarer than a 40x sporter?

I heard that they ended up with about 15-20 spare copies and placed an ad in the classifieds to sell them.Please check the classifieds for specifics.
