Any experience with a TOZ-35M pistol?

This is a Free pistol and they are not drilled/tapped for a scope base. I was wondering if any of you are familiar enough with this gun to know if it could be fitted with a pistol scope?

Here's a link to a listing. In the photo, you can see a band on the barrel - I'm thinking that band could be drilled/tapped for the front of the base without affecting anything.
