I would go for a barrelled action only - then choose the stock you want to go with it - there are lots to choose from.
To be honest I would also replace the barrel with a drop in Lilja for that model.

Champion's Choice still lists the 2013 BR/500 -- $ 2595. This model has a bloop tube. It comes with a walnut stock or McMillan. With scope and tuner both weigh more than 10.5#'s. To make weight you would need Don Stith to make you one of his, $300. I would also suggest a drop in barrel as the stock one is good but not "killer". I own 2 of them with one each of above mentioned stocks and no they are not for sale.

I have a 2013 with the 23" barrel and the Annie BR stock. Lovely rifle with that wonderful trigger. By the way is for sale. building F class rifle.
