600 yard benchrest at Harris, MN

Our club granted permission to construct a new firing line at 600 yards on our existing range with live pits. Just wondering how many shooters would come to shoot?
 
Absolutely...but...is there any way you could hold the 600/1000 yard matches on the same weekend.....600 on Saterday and 1000 on Sunday kind of setup?

Also....is the firing line going to be new or the pit/impact area going to be new?
 
Tod, as you know we shoot 1000 sat and sun, but there is a sat we shoot and range is available on sunday that will hopefully be a 600 yard match, so the answer is yes for one match, if everything works as scheduled. No pits changes to the pits, just new fireing line at the 600 yard line.
 
I have match dates for Harris 600 yard benchrest April 23 is practice match, anybody interested in shooting benchrest should come. Our first match will be May 29th, Match 2 and 3 July 9 and 10, Match 4 and 5 October 15 and 16. Match 4 and 5 is our state match.
 
gmitchell So we will be able to shoot IBS 1000 yd br on May 28th Saturday and IBS 600 yds br on May the 29th should be a great way to start off the shooting season. Thanks Dave I will be there !!!
