6.5x47 Lapua & Magnum Primers?

G'day Guys..

I've recently been working up some loads in my new 6.5x47 lap.
I've working up a load with some CCI BR-4's, Berger 140 VLD over 37 Gns of AR2208 (Varget). Currently getting arround 0.4's at 100 yards with a 10 thow jam. Velocities are arround 2775 Fps. I am well within the safe pressure limits of the gun as max is arround 39 gns of Varget.

I've been told that this case can benifit from the use of magnum primers but i've never had a reason to use them before.
Is it worth starting over with the magnum primers and working up a load again from scratch or do i just substitute the magnum primers in my current load and see if it makes any difference, then just tweek the load from there?

All opinions welcome..

Cheers

I have always used a CCI sm primer it's harder

I load VDL's 130's with either 37.4 Varget or 37.5 RL15
and get 2740 and 2760 with no pressure signs
shoots low 2's
