6.5/284 powder?

What is the current powder of choice for 6.5/284 with apprx 140gr bullet?

I use H 4831sc, 142 SMK, 210 pri out of a 30" Mcmillan. GF

RL-17, 140 Bullet, WLR primers, 8.5 twist 30"
RL-19, 140 Bullet, Fed210 primers, 8 twist 26"

sbh- i have used mrp-2, h4350. SINCE i have a lot of those twoi have not tried re-17 . i shoot mostly 123 AND 139 scenars.

Lot of folks settle on 51.0gr of H4831 in the 8.5 twist barrels

Myself, I use 52.5 to get 2920fps out a 30" barrel
