Schedule Changed

Please accept my appologies for any confusion resulting from our schedule change. The schedule you are referring to was posted on June 29. On hindsight, I probably should have stated in that post that the schedule was subject to change based on weather conditions or if too many shooters would not be able to attend the date indicated. Our goal has been to be as flexible as possible in order to have as many shooters at each shoot as we can since we have a relatively small group of regular shooters. The June 29 post did say that I would post a reminder one to two weeks before each shoot. I figured most if not all shooters who knew about our range regularly got on this forum and would see any schedule changes. Guess, that was an incorrect assumption on my part. Anyway, at our September 27 shoot, several shooters indicated they would not make our October shoot if we left it scheduled for October 18 because that is the start of deer bow season in WVa. Therefore, at the end of that shoot we announced that we would have the October shoot one week earlier on October 11. The revised date was posted on this forum on October 2.

FYI, at our October 11 shoot, several in attendance said they would not be able to shoot on November 1, which was indicated on the June 29 post. After some discussion, the decision was made with agreement by all in attendance to change the date to November 8. I posted this information on this forum yesterday morning.

Again, my appologies to any who missed one of our shoots due to a schedule change. We like to have as many shooters participating in our matches as possible and always welcome new shooters. Hope you and your friends will be able to make it to our November 8 shoot.
