.338 Lapua - best powder?

.338 Lapua Magnum:
Can anyone give an accurate suggestion as to the best powder to use with a 250 grain bullet and a 27 inch barrel?

Best for accuracy and highest velocity...?

Just inquiring for a friend.

Check out 92.5gr/'H1000.

Retumbo and RL 22 are good too.
 
Dennis----you are going to think I am off my rocker but in both of my AI AWM's in 338 the best velocity, accuracy and shot-to-shot deviation was with IMR 7828.... That powder has not been the choice for my 338 Slowpokes, which are improved types, but the regular 338 it worked better than any of the other powders. The pills were 250 SMK's.
